Robert Luken, SPHR Robert Luken, SPHR, has nearly 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. As a strategic Human Resources business partner in multiple Fortune 500 firms including Hilton Hotels, Automatic Data Processing, and Kimberly-Clark, Robert has the experience that few HR professionals can match.
He has spent his career studying the link between employee engagement and organizational performance. His experiences have allowed him to leverage several engagement measurement tools including the Gallup Organization’s Q12 process, the Corporate Leadership Council’s ESAT profile, as well as customized tools from organizations such as Towers Perrin and Hewitt Associates. He also has leveraged a broad range of individual assessment tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Enneagram, Hogan Assessments, Brinkman, and Predictive Index (PI) to identify an individual’s behavior traits that enhance performance.
Robert is passionate about identifying and utilizing metrics and analytics to define and refine a human capital strategy that leads to greater business results.
Ricci Luken Ricci's experience spans more than 15 years of recruiting in various roles and functions. She began her career at McKinsey & Company, a premier global strategy consulting firm. While there she spent six years focused on college recruiting including undergraduate, M.B.A., J.D. and Ph.D. for placement in the Firm's worldwide offices. Ricci left McKinsey & Company to take the lead role as Vice President of College recruiting for Citadel Investment Group, LLC. in Chicago, a world leader in alternative investments.
Ricci has been responsible for developing and executing best practice recruiting methods as well as reviewing and selecting thousands of candidates for interviews. Recruiting from the country’s top colleges and universities has provided her with an exceptional and unique set of experiences and knowledge. She knows how recruiting works and the key elements needed to create an effective recruiting experience.
Since 2004, she has been providing one-on-one counsel to hundreds of Individual clients from college graduates to senior executives. In addition, Ricci has done multiple presentations of her "Insider's Guide To Recruiting" to students at the University of Pennsylvania, Northwestern University, and Harvard.
