·         Determining cost impacts to retention

·         Identify the types of training necessary to enhance areas of opportunity


Execute

The final, or Execution, phase of our Core Function Assessments includes the development and implementation of detailed strategies and plans of action.  We assist in the execution of Retention best practices to secure, development and maintain the high caliber of talent needed for success.
