This assessment is a comprehensive multi-phased process which includes analysis, strategy development, and a plan of execution. Core Function Assessment
Analyze
The initial phase of the Core Function Assessment includes a comprehensive analysis of your organization's Recruitment - growth projections, recruitment function, and your transition & training plan; Engagement - organization's business metrics, employee development processes, and your employees’ overall commitment; and Retention - working with the appropriate groups (HRIS, IT, etc) to collect the data necessary for evaluation.
Strategize
The Core Function Assessment's second phase utilizes the information, statistics, and key findings from the Analysis phase to develop and create strategies designed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the identification, attraction, and selection of talent; improve the alignment of individual objectives to company goals and priorities; and improve retention in key areas.
Execute
The final, or Execution, phase of our Core Function Assessment includes the development and implementation of detailed strategies and plans of action. We assist in the execution of Recruitment, Engagement, and Retention best practices to secure, develop and maintain the high caliber of talent needed for success.
