RESUME REVIEW & CRITIQUE

Luken Advisors believes you are the best author of your career and life experiences.  Our Résumé Review & Critique service assesses your credentials by identifying gaps, addressing structure and content, and making recommendations to assist you in creating a résumé which best represents your talents, skills, and potential. 

The average Résumé Review & Critique time to complete is 2-3 weeks.  Additional fees will be added for rush processing. 

Résumé Review & Critique process includes:

• Client forwards an electronic version of their résumé, preferably in Word, to Luken Advisors.
• We will critique the résumé by “blue lining” and adding comments and feedback to the document.  
• The "blue-lined" résumé will be electronically returned to the client with an assessment of the content.
• A meeting will be scheduled to discuss the client's experiences and our comments and recommendations.  This conversation is usually conducted via the phone and lasts an average of 90 minutes.
• After appropriate edits are complete a final review will be conducted by Luken Advisors to ensure the revisions have enhanced the quality of the résumé.
• Additional fees will be added for services beyond the above mentioned.
